Q: I have lost my login credentials, how can I recover them?
A: Contact the staff via the ZHI Time Warp Facebook Group or by writing at accounts@zhitw.tk. Specify you account name and the associated email address (set by using the .email command in game)
Q: Can I play on ZHI Time Warp with an older Ultima Online installation (es. Renaissance, Age of Shadows…)
A: Yes, but you will not be able to enjoy the new map and the new features introduced with the client 5.0.9 update. For a complete gameplay experience, we recommend installing UO Mondain’s Legacy
Q: I can’t correctly see the colors
A: Check that you have correctly overwritten the original files with the ZHI Time Warp customization package
Q: I can’t equip platemail legs
A: Check that you have correctly overwritten the original files with the ZHI Time Warp customization package
Q: Can I use external support software (like Razor, UOAssist, Injection, …)?
A: You, you can use them but the staff does not offer any support about the external software usage. When experiencing problems with them, you can ask for help to other players on the ZHI Time Warp Facebook Group or directly in game. Be aware that Injection in particular is known to have many bugs
Q: My client is not saving the macros
A: Check that you are running it in Windows XP Compatibility Mode
Q: Can I play on ZHI Time Warp if i have a Linux PC or a Mac?
A: Ultima Online can run on Microsoft Windows only. Anyway, you can still use an emulator or a Virtual Machine (es. Wine, Virtualbox, VMWare, Parallels…)
